Main Job Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact fclients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, providing regular updates on project progress account status.

Client reporting support:
Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently effectively. Ensure all client reports (financial, statistics, annual inspection, etc.) are accurate delivered on time.
Tax Compliance:
Take responsibility fmonthly tax declarations annual income tax settlements. Ensure all tax-related activities are completed accurately in compliance with local regulations.
External Liaison:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams local authorities to complete client-specific tasks ensure alignment with company objectives.
Team Management Review:
Supervise review the work of accountants seniaccountants, providing guidance, training, support to ensure high-quality output. Mentteam members to enhance their professional development.
Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) professional certifications (e.g., intermediary Accountant, CPA) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm corporate finance environment. Experience with foreign trading companies foreign production enterprises is highly preferred.
Leadership Supervision: Proven ability to lead manage a team remotely, providing clear direction support to team members.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients team members.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software such as Kingdee Yongyou. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strongal, reading, writing abilities. Proficiency in German is a plus.
