Job Summary
The work responsibilities cover both machining assembly workshops, involving machines such as CNC, VMC machining center, manufacturing processes such as assembly, painting, testing, packaging.

Responsibilities
1.工艺方案设计与优化
1.Process Routing design optimization
o 依据产品图纸、技术要求及生产纲领，负责新产品机加工及装配工艺路线的规划、设计与制定，明确加工工序、设备选型、工装夹具及刀具方案。
o Based on product drawings, technical requirements, production guidelines, responsible fplanning, designing, developing new product machining assembly process routes, clarifying machining processes, equipment selection, tooling fixtures, tool schemes.
o 对现有生产工艺进行持续改进与优化，分析生产过程中的瓶颈问题（如效率低、成本高、质量不稳定等），制定并实施工艺优化方案，提升生产效率、降低制造成本。
o Continuously improve optimize existing production processes, analyze bottleneck issues in the production process (such as low efficiency, high cost, unstable quality, etc.), develop implement process optimization plans, improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs.
o 参与新产品研发阶段的评审，从工艺可行性角度提出建议，协助设计部门优化产品结构，确保产品可加工性。
o Participate in the review of new product development stage, provide suggestions from the perspective of process feasibility, assist the design department in optimizing product structure, ensure product processability.
2.工艺文件编制与管理
2. Preparation management of manufacturing procedure documents
o 负责编制全套机加工及装配相关工艺文件，包括工艺规程（SOP）、作业指导书、工艺卡片、刀具清单、工装夹具明细表、检验规范等，确保文件的准确性、完整性和可操作性。
o Responsible fpreparing a complete set of machining assembly related process documents, including process specifications (SOP), operation manuals, process cards, tool lists, fixture lists, inspection specifications, etc., to ensure the accuracy, completeness, operability of the documents.
o 负责工艺文件的版本管理与更新，根据产品变更、工艺优化等情况及时修订文件，并同步至生产、质检等相关部门，确保现场使用文件为*新有效版本。
o Responsible fversion management updates of process documents, revising documents in a timely manner based on product changes, process optimization, other situations, synchronizing them with relevant departments such as production quality inspection to ensure that the documents used on site are the latest effective versions.
o 项目制订单的客户工艺要求拆解与产品工艺文件制作。
o Disassemble customer process requirements product process documents fproject-basedders.
3. 生产现场技术支持

o 作为生产现场的技术核心，负责解决机加工及装配过程中出现的各类工艺技术问题，提供即时技术指导，确保生产顺利进行。

o 参与生产现场的质量问题分析与解决，针对批量性或重复性质量缺陷，从工艺角度查找根本原因，制定纠正与预防措施并跟踪验证。
Participate in the analysis resolution of quality issues on the production site, identify the root causes of batch repetitive quality defects from a process perspective, develop corrective preventive measures, track verify them.
o 配合生产部门进行新设备、新工装的调试与验收，制定设备调试工艺方案，确保设备满足生产工艺要求。
o Cooperate with the production team to debug accept new equipment fixtures, develop equipment debugging process plans, ensure that the equipment meets production process requirements.
4.成本控制与效率提升
4. Cost control efficiency improvement
o 参与生产成本分析，通过工时研究，优化工艺参数、改进刀具路径、减少物料浪费等方式，降低单位产品的加工成本。
o Participate in production cost analysis, optimize process parameters, improve tool paths, reduce material waste, reduce processing costs per unit product through research on working hours.
o 制定合理的工艺参数标准（如切削速度、进给量、切削深度等），指导操作人员严格执行，提升加工效率与设备利用率。
o Develop reasonable process parameter standards (such as cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, etc.), guide operators to strictly implement them, improve machining efficiency equipment utilization.

O根据需求协助生产开展一线操作人员的工艺技能培训，工艺文件讲解、操作技能提升培训等，提升团队整体工艺执行水平。
Assist production team in the 1st line operatskill training, process document explanation, operation skill improvement training based on demand, to enhance the overall process execution level of the team.
o 与质检、生产、采购、设备等部门保持密切沟通与协作，确保工艺要求在各环节有效落地，保障生产流程顺畅。 o 积累工艺技术经验，建立工艺知识库，推动技术经验的内部传承与共享。
Closely communication collaboration with quality, production, procurement to ensure effective implementation of process requirements at all steps smooth production processes. Accumulate process technology experience, establish a process knowledge base, promote the internal inheritance sharing of technical experience.
Basic Qualifications
o 本科及以上学历，机械制造及其自动化、机械设计与制造、材料成型及控制工程等相关专业。
o Bachelors degree above, majin Mechanical Manufacturing Automation, Mechanical Design Manufacturing, Material Forming Control Engineering, related fields.
o 3 年以上机加工工艺设计与现场技术支持工作经验，有精密零部件加工或大型设备制造行业经验者优先。
o Above at least 3 years of experience in machining process design on-site technical support, with priority given to those with experience in precision component processing large-scale equipment manufacturing industry.
o英语听，说，读，写能力强，有CET四级及以上水平认证。可单独与国外工程师交流相关技术问题与改进。能读懂英文技术文件并制作英文工艺技术文件。
o Strong English listening, speaking, reading, writing abilities, certified with a CET-4 higher level. The job required independently communicate technical issues improvements with foreign engineers. The candidate should read English technical documents English process technical documents.

Key Competencies
o 精通机械加工工艺原理，熟悉车、铣、刨、磨、钻、镗等常规机加工工序，了解数控加工（CNC）技术优先，能独立完成复杂零部件的工艺设计。有CNC编程优化能力的优先。
o Proficient in the principles of mechanical processing technology, familiar with conventional machining processes such as turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, boring, etc., with a preference funderstanding CNC machining technology, able to independently complete the process design of complex components. Priority given to those with CNC programming optimization skills.
o 具备一定的工装夹具、刀具设计与选型能力，能看懂复杂装配图及零件图，熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks、UG 等制图软件及工艺规划相关工具。
o Certain abilities in fixture tool design selection, able to understcomplex assembly drawings part drawings, proficient in using CAD, SolidWorks, UG other drawing software process planning related tools.
o 了解 ISO9001、IATF14969 质量管理体系，熟悉工艺过程质量控制方法，具备质量问题分析与解决能力（如掌握 FMEA、PPAP，8D 等工具者优先）

o Understthe relevant processes in the assembly workshop, including assembly, painting, testing, packaging, etc. Have experience in projectder product process preparation customer document delivery, familiar with painting related professional knowledge certification is preferred.
o具有ERP相关使用经验， 熟悉SAP使用及指令的候选者优先。
