Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be working in CELINE Greater China BPC team based in Shanghai office. Business partner with different business functions in charge of financial matters.
Key work responsibilities are:
● Support in budget preparation on sales, margin expenses including balance sheet cash flow, work with business department to ensure accurate sensible forecast. Provide cost variance analysis.
● Support in monthly closing, work with accounting various functions to ensure appropriate, accurate, complete sensible booking.
● Perform financial analysis on variance providing insightful comments vs historical forecast, cost tracking, periodical reporting.
● Partnership with all departments supporting functions. Review alert on potential risk on cost, process, etc. proactively work with functions factions solutions.
● Prepare management reporting presentations
● Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management, i.e. investment planning, stock evaluation, etc.
Requirements
● University graduate in majof Finance/Accounting
● Above 5-6 years’ experience in FP&A function
● Retail, FMCG Fashion industry preferred.
● Strong analytical skills business acumen are required.
● Good inter-personal skills, team player, able to communicate work with multi functions stakeholders.
● Resultiented, details focus, open minded, proactive in initiatives, flexible.
● Good time management able to work under pressure tight schedule.
● Proficiency in written spoken English Mandarin.
● Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially EXCEL Powerpoint).
