61 Deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, visiting clients, in line with WPP standards
61 Provide remote support to regional offices as needed
61 Ensure deskside operations standard technology services, including meeting room , are maintained supported
61 Build strong relationships with business users, understanding their needs delivering tailored support
61 Champion a customer-focused approach, empowering end users to make the most of technology tools
61 Educate users on IT services, policies, best practices
61 Accurately log all IT engagements in the ticketing system freporting performance tracking
61 Manage onboarding offboarding processes, including account administration asset management
61 Resolve Level 1 2 incidents, collaborating with internal external teams ftimely resolution
61 Maintain security protocols monitthird-party engagements
61 Escalate complex issues to Infrastructure Management teams when required
61 Support user office relocations, hardware/software deployments, warranty replacements
61 Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, lifecycle
61 Contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base documentation
61 Collaborate with global IT functions to implement standards support local business needs
61 Facilitate infrastructure refreshes basic device troubleshooting
61 Support software licensing reviews compliance activities
61 Be available foccasional out-of-hours support
61 Perform other duties as required

Skill Requirements
61 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk deskside support roles
61 This is a 100% on-site role; you must be able to work from one of our designated office locations
61 Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows Mac OS; working knowledge of technology
61 Excellent problem-solving skills a proactive, can-do attitude
61 Empathy effective communication skills with diverse end users
61 Ability to build trust-based relationships collaborate across teams
61 Strong written verbal English communication skills (advanced level required)
