MajResponsibilities Objectives:
· Responsible foperation maintenance of E&M system in buildings.
· Responsible ftenant operation management.
· Manage the renovation works.
· Assist the Assistant Technical Manager and/the Sr.Engineer on the matters.
· Manage the technicians & contractors on routine repair maintenance work.
· Manage the improvement defect rectification works.
· Handle enquiries on all technical related issues prepare technical reports.
MajTasks & Activities:
· By managing professional technicians outside contractors, the relevant system is maintained maintained to ensure that it is always in good working condition.
· Manages upgrades new construction of relevant systems to ensure schedule, quality, cost, safety are met.
· Coordinate with the leasing department the tenant to agree on the technical conditions fthe delivery of the fire protection system.
· Cooperate with leasing department to provide feasibility analysis fstore plan format adjustment.
· Review the tenants relevant system design, monittheprogress of the project, inspect ensure that the tenants relevant system works meet the opening requirements,prito opening.
· Obtain government permits licenses related to the relevant system.
· Instructs a draftsman to draw drawings needed ftheir profession.
· Assist your supervisin planning maintenance plans fyour specialty.
· Assist yoursupervisin budgeting fyour major.
· Receive transfer projects from contractors manage defects rectification.
Skills, Qualifications Experience Requirements
· Bachelors degree above in ELV, Plumbing, Drainage Fire Service system related field, 5 years more of work experience.
· At least 3 years experience in relevant system, equipment facilities management in a shopping mall, commercial complex, international chain hotel, theme park project with a minimum of 100,000 square meters (experience in a design institute, consulting firm contractwill also be considered.
· Priority is given to those who hold the qualification as a certified relevant system engineer.
· Familiar with construction project bidding work, have certain project management experience.
· Good communication coordination skills, basic English reading writing skills are given priority.
· Use office software, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, email, etc.
