Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance to the sales team during client interactions presentations
2. Understcustomer needs suggest appropriate solutions 3.Prepare technical documentation, proposals, quotations
4. Assist in product demonstrations, installations, client training
5. Coordinate with engineering production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
6.Support after-sales services troubleshooting as needed
7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technologies, industry trends
Qualifications:
1. Graduate in Mechanical Mechatronics Engineering
2. At least 2 years of proven experience in same field
3. Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, instrumentation, mechatronics applications
4. Good communication interpersonal skills
5.Ability to explain technical concepts to clients clearly
6. Experience in sales support, technical support, related roles is an advantage
7.Proficient in MS Office technical documentation
