Job Description:
Lead the new project validation by project EMQS.
Ensure that our quality procedures are strictly applied
Conduct quality audit on a regular basis (Control Plan audit, Food stuff audit …)
Bring new ideas to improve our system
Handle complaint from BU , Market due to in sufficient process / quality control from suppliers by using Quality tools by NCF process
Drive fthe status of SEB inspection delegation in supplier
Drive fthe Product Management task (DCP, RP5 sign-off, PCR) after MP
To follow other delegated job from supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering field (Preferred in Quality / Manufacturing / Mechanical)
With at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing field (Preferred in Process improvement)
Experience in leading improvement project (Preferred with Six Sigma / Lean Project)
Strong analytical & Project Management skills
Strong communication Skills
Excellent communication across usual cultural barriers
Fluent in English – Chinese
Familiar with the production process of drinkware product other cookware.
Familiar with key manufacturing process is preferred, such as injection, stamping, die-casting, coating process.
Familiar with quality tools to deal with BU quality issue, such as 8D/5W1H/SPC/FMEA
Familiar with foodstuff process audit foodstuff compliance, such as (EU) 10/2011, FDA, LFGB, KFDA, JETRO
Familiar with cookware test requirement, such as EN12983, EN12546, ISO 8442
