Work independently on project.
Define the product requirement with project manager technical engineers.
Prepare purchasing documents.
Communicate/negotiate with the contractor/supplier according to the project requirement together with project team.
Corporate with the suppliers to accomplish delivery as schedule, inspect quantity quality.
Other works related within purchasing area.
Qualification
Bacheldegree, mechanical/engineering background is preferable.
At least 5 years’ purchasing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
Strong negotiation ability, good interpersonal skills.
Good commfbothal written English, PC skills.
Can go to other cities fsite working if required.
