Responsibilities:
BrPromotion & Public Relations
• Assist in developing executing brpromotion strategies, including online offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates engagement to enhance brinfluence.
• Assist in writing press releases, promotional content, brstorytelling materials to align with marketing objectives.
• Monitbrreputation media coverage, responding to any negative publicity as needed.
• Support the creation of localized marketing content tailored fdifferent international markets.
Distribut& Sales Support
• Work closely with the sales business development team to develop marketing materials tailored fdistributors hospital decision-makers.
• Provide training materials digital assets to support distributor-led marketing efforts.
• Develop case studies physician testimonials to strengthen brcredibility in new markets.
Clinical & KOL Engagement Strategy
• Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement develop clinical marketing materials fphysician awareness.
• Coordinate with the medical affairs team to scientific presentations whitepapers.
• Assist in developing educational content fphysicians interventional specialists.
Event Planning & Execution
• Plan coordinate overseas conferences, product launch events, customer engagement activities.
• Organize event logistics, including venue bookings, decorations, scheduling, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost control effective resource utilization.
• Support event promotion, including guest invitations, distributengagement, media partnerships.
• Coordinate with international trade shows medical conferences to maximize brvisibility.
Internal Communication & Coordination
• Facilitate internal communication across departments to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
• Collect,ganize, manage branding materials marketing assets in a centralized content repository.
• Support internal training sessions to enhance employees’ understanding of brmessaging marketing strategies.
Regulatory & Compliance Marketing
• Ensure that all marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines in different markets.
• Work with the regulatory clinical teams to align marketing messages with market-specific compliance requirements.
Other Responsibilities
• Complete other tasks assigned by senimanagement as required.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, related fields.
• 2 years above of experience in branding, event planning, public relations, marketing communications in healthcare industry
• Experience in B2B marketing distributor-led sales support is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) basic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
