About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive technically skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to be the frontline of IT support four Shenzhen Beijing offices. This role involves critical onsite remote assistance to ensure seamless operation of our core IT infrastructure, including networks, workstations, storage systems, user applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in VPNs, Windows systems, Microsoft 365, backup/storage solutions, enterprise software such as CCH ProSystem FX Engagement applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1& 2 technical support fdesktops, laptops, Windows 10/11, printers, peripheral devices.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation (network diagrams, server configurations, asset inventory), help document support procedures.
• Assist with onboarding offboarding processes, including account setup/deactivation, user training, etc.
• Configure deploy IT hardware fnew hires, including PCs, monitors, phones, necessary accessories.
• Manage user accounts devices within the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Troubleshoot resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, SonicWall firewall.
• Manage local NAS storage assist with data backup/recovery operations.
• Provide application support fCCH ProSystem FX Engagement, including Practice Management
• Collaborate with internal regional IT teams to address cross-site infrastructure needs implement updates.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, including user access control data protection.
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s above degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field. A concentration in Networking Systems Administration, relevant areas is a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience in an IT support help desk role, preferably in a multi-office environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-border data transfer designing network architectures that meet security assessment requirements.
• Strong technical proficiency with Windows 10/11 the Microsoft 365 application suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies cybersecurity practices, including SonicWall firewalls Multi-FactAuthentication (MFA).
• Solid skills in network Wi-Fi troubleshooting, configuration, optimization.
• Foundational knowledge of firewall, router, switches, server troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with NAS storage systems backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities strong communication skills, with the capability to communicate technical concepts effectively in English with overseas teams.
