Responsibilities工作职责：
1. You manage the plant project team without direct supervisory responsibility负责管理工厂项目团队，无直接人员管理权限。
2. You are the interface between the project team the production site during the whole development industrialization process of new products variants在新产品及衍生产品的整个开发与工业化过程中，担任项目团队与生产现场之间的对接接口。
3. You lead highly interdisciplinary launch workshops in close collaboration with your BU counterparts与业务单元对口同事紧密协作，牵头开展跨多领域的投产研讨会议。
4. You provide input fproduct process design during the early development stages, fexample design fmanufacturing, layout lessons learnt from past projects在开发早期阶段为产品及工艺设计提供输入，例如面向制造的设计、布局规划以及过往项目经验教训。
5. You are supervising the on‑site industrialization, including equipment installations personnel qualification监督现场工业化工作，包含设备安装以及人员资质认定。
6. You closely track internal external demands (pre‑series series) make sure that material production capacity is available jointly with the pre‑series production coordinator密切跟进内外部需求（试产及量产），并与试产协调员共同保障物料与产能供给。
7. You are responsible fall performance tests, including internal customer Run@Rates. You ensure proper recording of the results follow up control the defined measures from these activities.负责全部性能测试，包含内部及客户节拍运行测试；确保测试结果完整记录，并跟进管控由测试活动制定的各项措施。
8. You constantly monitthe project timeline to identify delays hurdles fon‑site industrialization early. You take proactive action together with the project team持续监控项目时间节点，尽早识别现场工业化存在的延误或阻碍，并协同项目团队主动采取应对措施。
9. You are making sure that master data creation (e.g. by ILC WF) is applied by all departments by this ensure that master data are up‑to‑date using the SAP MD readiness check确保各部门执行主数据创建工作（例如ILC工作流），借助SAP主数据就绪检查，保障主数据实时更新。
10. You track all activities around change management within your project at the plant ensure that they are successfully implemented跟踪工厂内部本项目下所有变更管理相关工作，保障各项变更落地执行。
11. You monitthe manufacturing costs (OEE, scrap, HC), identify gaps from target drive improvement with your plant project team监控制造成本（设备综合效率、报废率、人力成本），识别与目标之间的差距，并带领工厂项目团队推进改善。
12. Jointly with your counterparts from the headquarter other production sites, you constantly improve the launch procedures actively share knowledge协同总部及其他生产基地对口同事，持续优化投产流程并积极开展知识共享。
Requirements 任职要求：
1. Bacheldegree above 本科及以上学历；
2. More than 5 years of related experience in Auto industry 具备5年以上汽车行业相关经验
3. More than 3 years of project management experience 3年以上独立带项目的经验
4. 5 years working experience of Foreign joint venture company 3年外企或合资公司经验；
5. Good commof Engineering Know-How 具备较好的工程技术背景
6. Good commof English 具备较好的英语基础
