61You are responsible fthe commodity steel trading business in China to drive successful cross-regional collaboration with customers, suppliers our group companies globally
61In strong cooperation with the local CFO, you identify growth opportunities, ensure the efficiency profitability of business activities, implement successful risk management
61You lead a high-performing team, a respectful corporate culture, a motivating work environment, promote employee development

61You report to the global Chief Executive Officer of thyssenkrupps international trading business headquartered in Germany
Your Profile
61You have several years of experience in commodity trading (raw materials finished products) in a leadership role, such as Vice President, Sales DirectSales Manager
61You enjoy operational trading activities in an international environment with a hands on mentality proven success in developing companies
61You have in-depth knowledge of risk hedging stay up to date with current market developments, country-specific market regulations
61Your leadership qualities are characterized by cooperation, motivation, assertiveness, always acting with respect as a role model
61You remain calm composed even in challenging situations, demonstrate strong negotiation skills are confident in communicating with internal external stakeholders at various levels
61In addition to a high level of self-motivation, you exhibit strong performanceientation combined with reliability
61You are willing to relocate to China, open finternational business trips,fluent in written spoken English
