Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. 50% focus on material planning + 50% focus on OEM after-market planning 50%工作重心为物料计划，50%工作重心为OEM售后市场计划。
2. Making weekly material plan publish to suppliers;制定每周物料计划并发布给供应商。
3. Work with customer production planner to ensure company DIO KPI target;和客户计划员、生产计划员协作，达成公司DIO库存绩效指标。
4. Maintain F part MRP view, ensure SAP especially MRP running well;维护采购件MRP视图，保障SAP系统尤其是MRP模块稳定准确运行。
5. Cooperation with production planner to ensure the implementation of production plan;协同生产计划员落实生产计划。
6. Join change meeting, support neccessary material plan adjustment after alignment with project team production planner参与变更会议，与项目组及生产计划员对齐后，完成必要的物料计划调整。
7. Make supplier delivery performance scord card, work with purchasing to push unqualified suppliers to improve制作供应商交付绩效看板，联合采购推动交付不达标的供应商改善。
8. Consolidate OEM after-market demensure on time delivery to customer.整合OEM售后市场需求，保障客户订单准时交付。
9. Making finish good delivery plan maintain SAP to driving production planning raw material planning.编制成品发运计划并录入SAP，以此驱动生产计划与原材料计划。
10. Work with material production planner to ensure company DIO KPI target;协同物料计划员、生产计划员达成公司DIO库存绩效指标。
11. Maintain SAP SD Module master data, ensure SAP running well;维护SAP销售与分销模块主数据，保障SAP系统正常准确运行。
12. Cooperation with production planner to ensure the implementation of production plan;协同生产计划员落实生产计划。
13. Make customer delivery performance scord card, work with cross-function teams to push process improvements制作客户交付绩效看板，联动跨部门团队推动流程改善。
14. Other tasks assigned by supply chain manager.完成供应链经理安排的其他工作。
Requirements 任职要求：
1. College degree above大专学历及以上；
2. At least 3 years of material planning working experience in manufacturing industry具备3年以上制造业物料计划工作经验；
3. Fluent in bothal written English英语听说读写熟练；
4. Be good at related office software熟练运用相关办公软件；
5. Experience in automotive industry is preferred汽车行业工作经验优先；
6. Working experience in international company is preferred有跨国公司工作经验优先。
