工作职责：
- New project
- Technical review Risk Assessment prepare fpurchasing council according to candidate suppliers feasibility study technical concept during RFQ phase.
- nominated components development progress from nomination to SOP in supplier
- leader of components BQEE team( components nomination to PPAP release )
- Lead of APQP tracking update.
- First version IICP creation.
- Supplier open issues tracking untill closure completely.
- Measurement result allignment between supplier TKP plant (measurement WI).
- Smoothly transfer the part quality responsiblity function to plant SQE after PPAP release.
- Ensure the product meet design technical data
- Lead of part submission warranty supplier process readiness audit
- Support designer to optimize drawing LB.
- Support commodity purchasing to development new suppliers maintain current supplier pool.
- Technical support to SQE about supplier quality issues (technical, red supplier rating) in mass production phase.
- Regularly reporting components status highlights to supervisor.

- Train/technical support, push suppliers to achieve the requirements of quality/timing.
- Window bridge of supplier change management.
- Support VDA6.3 auditfnew suppliers existing suppliers annual audit.
岗位要求：
- At least bacheldegree majin science related.
- Fluent in written spoken English
- ＞ 3 years experiences in commodity(Die-casting Motor) supplier quality in automotive industry.
- Good at quality tool, PPAP/APQP/MSA/SPC/FMEA
- Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3
