This role offers the opportunity to contribute to regional logistics financial operations by ensuring accurate freight settlement, improving payment efficiency, supporting cost visibility across key Asia markets.
Job Responsibilities:
· Own end-to-end freight settlement activities fSingapore, Korea, Taiwan region of China, while gaining exposure to other Asia markets through cross-market support project-based assignments.
· Ensure timely accurate TM freight invoice payments by validating freight rates, coordinating approvals, resolving exceptions to support smooth carrier payment operations effective cost control.
· Manage PR, PO, SES processes fnon-TM logistics payments, helping maintain compliant, efficient, transparent payment execution.
· Prepare regular freight logistics analysis reports that provide reliable insights fcost monitoring, operational review, management decision-making.
· Manage VIM items fassigned vendors to prevent overdue payments, accelerate exception resolution, strengthen vendpayment governance.
· Support accurate month-end accrual management FSD reporting to ensure reliable financial closing logistics cost visibility.
· Monitmid-month variable freight cost updates to improve cost tracking, forecast accuracy, business transparency.
· Identify freight settlement system issues, raise incident tickets, follow through with support teams to minimize payment disruption enhance process stability.
· Maintain FA, TCCS, RT master data to enable accurate automated freight calculation improve settlement efficiency.
· Drive standardization, simplification, continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics payment process, contributing to higher efficiency, stronger controls, better user experience.
· Manage multiple priorities with strong ownership time management, thriving in a dynamic regional logistics environment.

· Strong business acumen in data analysis process optimization, with the ability to translate operational data actionable insights.
· Commercially minded analytical, with solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal effectiveness, the ability to work both independently collaboratively.
· Strong written verbal communication skills in both Chinese English, with the confidence to coordinate effectively across regional cross-functional teams.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, general computer-based business systems; exposure to data visualization reporting tools is an advantage.
· Proactive, positive, ownership-driven team player who is motivated to identify opportunities, improve processes, deliver practical solutions.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a multinational company regional logistics environment.
· Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, BW is preferred.
· Experience in end-to-end logistics, freight settlement, supply chain operations is preferred.
· Experience in the textile and/specialty chemicals industry is a plus.
