Identify, propose, plan, conduct research projects that will provide competitive advantage significant value using spandex air-dry spinning technology.
Lead support technology scale-up commercialization in Yinchuan production facility, with a key focus on spandex polymerization process development to maximize the benefits of using spandex air-dry spinning technology.
Determine chemical processing compatibility of additives, chemicals with spandex product.
Design execute R&D experiments to enhance spandex performance.
Collaborate closely with researchers, Yinchuan technical commercial technical support team to optimize polymer process formulation.
Assist as needed with the resolution of production quality issues at Yinchuan spandex production site.
Execute responsibilities with excellence in EHS compliance.
Contribute to a R&D environment that encourages creativity, innovation, accountability factions within a collaborative global R&D network.
Stay current of the competitive landscape external polymer Fiber production textile world as sources of insight inspiration
职位要求：
Qualifications (Required)
PhD in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Science
Demonstrated excellence in ethics, compliance, EH&S performance.
Experience in research development of spandex polymers using spandex air-dry spinning technology.
Resultsiented, motivated, effective contributin a collaborative, diverse team environment.
Creative, entrepreneurial spirit, driven by a passion finnovation focused on business goals.
Strong analytical critical thinking skills
Strong verbal written communications skills
Flexibility to travel as required, estimated 20-25% annually.
Qualifications (Preferred)
5+ years of industrial experience especially in polymer processing spandex air-dry spinning technology.
Ability to read, write, speak English.
Experience in research development of a wide range of materials, polymers, fibers.
Demonstrated project leadership skills that produce outstanding results.
Strong background in statistical design of experiments analysis of data from lab/semiworks experiments plant operations.
Experience collaborating with chemical equipment suppliers.
