任职资格Qualification:
1.本科及以上学历;
Bacheldegree above.
2.5年以上汽车行业物流管理工作经验;
At least 5 years working experience in logistics management in automotive industry.
3.熟悉SAP系统优先;
Be familiar with SAP system is preferred.
4.良好的英语沟通能力;
Good English communication is mandatory.
5.熟悉进出口法律法规及相关程序;
Good knowledge of import export regulations procedures.
6.良好的仓库管理知识;
Good knowledge of warehouse management.
7.良好的项目管理意识和能力;
Good sense ability of Project Management.
8.优秀的领导素质和良好的沟通技巧;
Excellent leadership quality Good communication skills.
9.积极主动,具有团队精神;

岗位职责及主要工作任务 Job Accountabilities Main Tasks
1.To ensure timely safe delivery of all purchasesders within the set cost.

2.To support CSA team deliver parts to customers appointed place on time without additional cost happened.
支持客户服务团队准时交付,且没有任何额外费用的产生;
3.To join in develop implement supply chain strategy policies in line with the overall business strategy objectives.
参与制定并实施供应链战略和政策的整体业务战略和目标;
4.To lead continuously improve develop logistics operational process to increase the efficiency save cost.
领导物流团队不断改善和优化物流业务流程以提高效率和节省成本;
5.To control optimize the inventory level structure by managing demchanges, analyze the trend take properly initiatives to attain the effective supply capability
通过管理需求变化来控制和优化库存水平适应,分析需求趋势和采取相应的措施以达到提高有效的

6.To coordinate with engineering, production sales as well as other related teams to reduce the slow-moving phase-in/out items.

7.To ensure warehouse operation inventory management in compliance with Finance procedure, supply chain strategies, company customer standards.

8.To support CSA team manage products SOP EOP, reduce avoid the premium freight cost happened obsolete materials generated.
支持客服团队加强产品的量产和寿命结束的管理,减少或避免超额运费和呆滞物料的产生;
9.To reduce the damage rate in warehouse transportation operations by actively prevention plan.
通过积极的预防方案以达到降低在库和运输操作中的材料损坏率;
10.To define annual department operating budget including manpower planning under annual 5-year sales plan.
