岗位职责及主要工作任务 Job Accountabilities Main Tasks
1. 根据公司发展计划，制订IE/ME部门5年计划及年度工作计划；
Make out IE/ME 5 years plan yearly working plan according to company development plan
2. 带领工艺团队，根据新项目的开发进度，完成新项目的工艺设备开发；
Leading IE team to successful develop process equipment of new project according to program timing
3. 产品的新项目装配工艺及产线规划及后期重大工艺改善/变更，支持产线和设备供应商的开发;
New project assembly process production line planning fproducts, as well as subsequent majprocess improvement/change; support the development of production line equipment suppliers.
4. IE部门内新项目的装配工艺及产线规划及后期重大工艺改善/变更的技术可行性及投资准确性评估;
Assessment of technical feasibility investment accuracy fnew project assembly process, production line planning, subsequent majprocess improvement/change within the IE department.
5. 带领设备团队，根据设备的使用要求，制定相应的设备维护保养计划，并进行执行,确保设备处于良好的工作状态；
Leading maintenance team to develop equipment maintenance plan according to equipment instructions execute it to make sure all equipment are in good condition
6. 带领工艺团队对新项目进行报价，确保以有优势的成本方案来协助销售取得新业务；
Leading IE team to do quotation fnew program to make sure with best cost solution fthe quotation to support sales to get new business
7. 负责IE/ME团队的能力的提升和持续改进；
Be responsible fcapability improvement of IE/ME department continuous improvement
8. 负责市场上新工艺新技术的引进和导入；
Be responsible fnew process new technology in the market process
9. 根据市场上的技术及设备信息，协助厂长制定未来设备的发展方向；
According to technology equipment information, to support plant manager make out equipment development strategy
10. 负责IE/ME部门投资和费用制定及管控;
Be responsible fIE/ME department investment expense plan also control
11. 部门内装配工艺相关标准及流程的优化及核准;
Assembly process standard optimization approval
12. 部门内装配工艺技术数据库（工艺手册，PFMEA等）的数据优化及核准；
Optimization approval the data of assembly process technology database(Process handbook, PFMEA)
13. 负责部门内部日常管理工作;
Be responsible fdaily task in IE/ME department
14. 协助工厂厂长完成对新工厂IE/ME部门的组建；
Support plant manager to set up IE/ME department in new plant
15. 协助工厂厂长成功对项目的异地生产转移；
Support plant manager to secure program transfer successfully in new site
16. 协助工厂厂长进行项目转移成本的预算控制；
Support plant manager to control cost of project transfer
17. 完成上级交办的其它工作。
Others are given by supervisor.
岗位任职资格 (包括教育水平，工作经验，知识技能，语言及办公软件操作要求等)
Qualification ( including education ,work experience, knowledge& skill ,
language MS office etc.)
1、 机械设计制造及自动化，机电一体化等相关工程背景专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelabove in Mechanical manufacture automation, mechatronics related engineering background
2、 3年以上设备或工艺管理岗位职位工作经验；
3years experience of equipment IE management
3、 熟悉MS Office软件,良好的英语听说读写;
Be familiar with MS office, good at English capability of listening, reading writing
4、 汽车行业背景, 熟悉各种装配工艺开发和防错概念设计;
Automotive industry work background, be familiar with all kinds of assembly process POKA-YOKE concept design
5、 对大型制造设备，如注塑机机器人自动喷漆线等具有管理经验的优先；
Experienced in manage big machines, such as molding machine automatic painting line was preferred
6、 熟练运用精益生产的工具和体系;
Be familiar with lean production tools systems
7、 熟悉汽车行业项目开发流程;
Be familiar with automotive industry project development process
8、 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力;
Excellent capability in logic analysis systematic issue solving
9、 具备较强的领导能力.
Excellent leadership capability
