Key Tasks
61 Standardize manufacturing processes including times
61 Investigate, lead, manage run local manufacturing process development
o run projects to continuously improve safety, quality to reduce costs
o Continuously search fpotential to improve manufacturing
o Ensure permanent change when implementing new methods by establishing the standards flineganization acting as knowledge owner
o Support kaizen activities of the unit
61 Participating new tooling development realization, also with newders coming through Customerder Engineering
61 Participate in separately defined (project portfolio) local global technology projects when needed
Qualifications & requirements
61 Minimum Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
61 Minimum five years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering, product/tool design work equivalent
61 Solid manufacturing processes theory knowledge
61 Solid knowledge of LEAN thinking, concepts tools
61 Engineering tools: 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventpreferred), PDM/PLM (Siemens Teamcenter preferred)
61 Basic quality tools knowledge. Six Sigma / statistical methods is a plus.
61 Design FManufacturability (DFMA, DFA, DFS, DFT, DFL)
61 Risk mitigation tools knowledge (FMEA, etc.)
61 Analytical, capability to identify essentials
61 Good in building internal/external network

二、Sr. EHS Engineer
Key Tasks
61 Provide tools guidance to management assist them in fulfilling their HSE responsibilities
61 MonitHSE performance provide analyzed data fmanagement
61 Facilitate support HSE hazard identification risk assessment in each responsible areas.
61 Define HSE training needs provide HSE training to managers, supervisors, employees, contractors subcontractors.
61 Facilitate incident/accident investigations follow up the corrective actions plans.
61 Ensure HSE related data is reported according to Metso processes in timely manner.

三、Sr. Maintenance Engineer
Key Tasks
61 Responsible fthe establishment of equipment facility maintenance plan, implementation evaluation.
61 Working closely with production, engineering department HSE to ensure the normal operation efficiency of equipment facility to maximum the utilization of equipment.
61 Dealing with urgent big equipment failure solve problems timely effectively.
61 Develop, improve modify equipment to meet with the requirements of developing new product, improve product quality, increasing productivity ensuring safety.
61 Work together with production HSE to ensure supplier contractfollowing HSE rules regulations in foundry.
