YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
Own last‑mile distribution across China RDCs, ensuring timely, compliant, secure cost‑efficient delivery of products service parts.
Handle complex distribution issues including goods return, engineer parts flow multi‑party coordination (RDCs, customers, service teams, forwarders, Quality).
Ensure transportation SOPs, documentation accuracy, temperature‑monitoring requirements other regulatory controls are fully followed.
Manage forwarders end‑to‑end: performance review, compliance checks, daily execution, KPI monitoring, rate negotiation support contract follow-up.
Coordinate multiple forwarders to guarantee full national last‑mile coverage fboth commercial products after‑market service components.
Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, removing inefficiencies, boosting productivity promoting automation/digital tools usage.
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, performance gaps improvement opportunities; provide actionable insights.
Lead EOF (End of Forwarding) performance implement logistics cost‑optimization initiatives including shipment consolidation across Pharma Radiology.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Market Access O2C to optimizedering patterns improve C‑OTIF performance.
Coordinate delivery of after‑market service components to engineers customer sites; ensure accurate tracking timely issue resolution.
Oversee RDC inventory accuracy, rotation, stock availability obsolescence prevention by working with planning cross‑functional teams.
Manage logistics budget (transportation, warehousing operations); identify implement cost‑saving initiatives without impacting service quality compliance.
Ensure effective track & trace (ESC) visibility, manage shipment exceptions communicate status to internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain continuously improve SOPs flast‑mile logistics; lead cross‑functional projects to enhance supply chain resilience efficiency.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration continuous improvement within the logistics function.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Pharmaceutical‑related field.
Approximately 8 years of hands‑on SCM operations experience with strong understanding of transportation forwarder management.
Strong leadership, communication problem‑solving abilities; capable of managing change driving cross‑functional alignment.
Skilled in SAP data analysis, with a continuous improvement digital automation mindset.
Fluent in English feffective global stakeholder communication.
