YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
Price Update: Monitinitiate price updates in procurement systems, align with demowners suppliers, support calculation index-based updates, additional approvals, documentation, ensure readiness fprocessing.
Sourcing Adjacent: Support tail spend optimization approvals, assist in system content maintenance, provide initial analysis reporting, handle supplier stakeholder queries.
Digital & Analytical Capabilities: Use procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba) analytical tools to validate data prepare reports to set up execute sourcing events in the system
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Support collaboration with business requesters, country partners, suppliers through clear impactful communication.
Operational Support: Provide support in various operational activities such asder price, pay term validation, checks in SAP, PO reopening fnecessary adjustments, andhandling quotation requests to ensure the best supplier selection. Other tasks may also include
Supplier Selection Negotiations: Challenge suppliers while negotiating better terms conditions, particularly fhigher-value items
Contract Management: Support activities related to contracts, including amendments, extensions, terminations, ensuring compliance efficiency in the contracting process.

WHO YOU ARE
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field.
Experience: Ideally relevant experience in procurement operations supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing
Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic Sourcing Experience: Demonstrated experience knowledge in sourcing, including supplier negotiations, market analysis, sourcing strategy development.
Languages: Proficiency in English (& Other language) is required; other languages are an advantage.
Soft Skills: Effective communication collaboration, act with accountability, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, time management.
