1.Utilize quality tools to promptly resolve process quality issues, ensuring product service quality meets exceeds customer expectations
利用质量工具及时解决过程质量问题，确保产品和服务质量达到客户期望
2.Develop IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) CQC (Customer Quality Control) inspection work instructions in a timely manner, ensuring all critical items are controlled comply with quality requirements.
及时制定和更新IPQC（过程质量控制）和CQC（客户质量控制）检验工作指导书，确保所有关键项目得到控制并符合质量要求。
3. Handle customer complaints, ensure timely feedback to internal customers (CQE), implement immediate containment measures.
处理客户投诉，确保及时反馈给内部客户（CQE），并立即实施遏制措施。
4.Participate in customer audits, develop corrective action reports, follow up on supervision.
参与客户审核，制定纠正措施报告，并跟踪监督。
任职要求：
1.Education & Training:
Minimum degree of Bachelin science engineering
大学本科学历，理工科专业优先
2.Experience & Competency:
- At least 3 years in process quality control, ISO SPC Knowledge experience
3年以上相关工作经验
- English speaking, reading writing skill

- Good communication skills team work spirit, willing to take up challenges
