Main Responsibility:
1. Assist EHS manager to develop maintain EHS Management
2. Participate familiar with related regulations as well as coordinate with the people concerned with, plan monitthe transaction concerning environment, safety hygiene inder to ensure company’s good operation.
3. Work together with Qualityganization to achieve ISO14000 certification make sure the EHS operations to follow up customer requirement.
4. Collect identify the requirement of government law regulations concerning EHS do evaluation fourganization.
5. Carry out the communication with related government departments support government audits requirement.
6. Carry out the communication with suppliers the people concerned with to share our experience in EHS management.
7. Monitimprove the EHS situation in the company by risk assessment. Drive Environmental Health Safety issues to manage, implement when where necessary.
8. Organize weekly audit on EHS. Flag document non-compliance with EHS regulations work with team to remove reduce safety accidents. Inform department manager if necessary immediately followed in writing cc GM.
9. Make the training plan per category of people; carry out EHS related training to the employees as well as the new staff.
10. Other duties as requested.
Education & Training:
University degree above
Experience & Competency:
- At least 5 years related working experiences
- Family with local government laws regulations
- Good Experience of EHS implement management
- Knowledge of safety, occupational health, facility, environment protective fire control etc.
- Related 16949&ISO14001:2004system knowledge support customer audit on EHS implementation
- Good commof English bothal & written
- Can work independently work under pressure
