Job Responsibility:
1. Management
Maintain EHS systems processes such as monitoring measurement, reporting communication of EHS metrics, collectionganization of EHS follow up action items; 维护EHS系统和流程，如监控和测量、EHS 指标的报告和沟通、EHS 跟进行动项目的收集和组织；
Lead all kinds of EHS training to compliance with law, regulation Lactalis requirements; 领导各种EHS培训，以遵守法律、法规和Lactalis要求;
2. Control
Conduct risk assessment report summary fwhole site department annual review; 对整个现场和部门进行风险评估报告总结和年度审查；
Control key parameters of waste water discharge, annual safety objectives, budget.Collect all kinds of related EHS data give reports to group. 控制污水排放的关键指标,年度安全目标，以及预算。收集各类EHS相关的数据，并报告给集团总部；
3. Technology/Processes
Maintain EHS work of permits, monitoring, occupational health check periodical work; EHS作业许可证的管理,监控、职业健康检查和定期工作的EHS工作；
Conduct emergency drills as in fire, chemical, special equipment etc. 进行消防、化工、特种设备等应急演练
Summarize maintain site industrial assessment report, coordinate physical check monitoring daily PPE check related safety items; 总结和维持现场工业评估和报告，协调组织体检，监测以及检查日常PPE佩戴状况等
Prepare EHS related report as monthly meeting, monthly safety report etc. 准备EHS相关报告，如月度会议、月度安全报告等
Cooperate with Maintenance department to manage special equipments.与维护部合作，负责特种设备的管理；
Management of hazardous waste危废的管理；
Factory environmental protection works工厂环保工作；
Cooperate with various inspections conducted by the government/third-partyganizations配合政府/第三方组织的各类检查工作；
4. Planning
Organize each department on-site Safety inspections based upon schedule to prevent incidents happening, communicate the risk to relevant department follow them to take corrective & preventive actions verify the effectiveness of the measures. 组织各部门根据计划实行现场安全检查，以防止事故发生，将风险传达给相关部门，并跟踪他们采取纠正和预防措施，验证措施的有效性。
Prepare all kinds of HES CAPEX ;准备HES相关的各类CAPEX
Required Profiles：
1. Background背景: Study学历: Bachel‘s degree in safety/environment engineering 安全/环境工程或相关领域学士学位;
2. Experience经验: 3 years EHS relevant experience in foreign company 3年外企EHS相关工作经验
3. Knowledge of知识: safety/environment engineering ，Food manufacturer processes, Microbiology, health safety, environment, group & local regulations 安全/环境工程，食品生产制造，微生物，健康与安全，环境, 集团与当地法规
4. Experience in工作经验: EHS system process, hazard analysis, risk inspection control, occupational disease management, accident Investigation Prevention ,audit preparation. EHS体系和流程、危害分析、风险检查和控制、职业病管理、事故调查与预防，审核准备；
5. Behavioral skills: The ideal candidate will be an honest, confident, proactive having good communication skill. He/she is good at establishing process execute it，comply with regulations. keep learning, 理想的候选人应该是诚实、自信、积极主动、具备良好沟通能力.他或她善于制定并实施流程，遵守规定，及时学习，在压力下保持冷静，能够表现出责任感和高专业水平，客观和看到大局的能力.
