Job Description
1. Achieve the sales revenue profit target set by the company, by developing sales strategies, formulate execute business plans by expanding customer base, developing new business partnerships.
2. Establish strong relationships with customers, maintain good customer satisfaction identify key decision-makers to drive customer decisions.
3. Lead sales strategies effective business development plan fassigned customers, via identifying business opportunities by understanding customers’ business development plans needs, to achieve company sales revenue profit targets in regions with corporate headquarters.
4. Work closely with marketing team to drive brproduct awareness, maximize in-store product feasibility, merchandising displays.
5. Learn master knowledge of all company product lines, provide viable value-added customers solutions via understanding clients’ needs, execute successful long-term partnerships with customers. Monitanalyze sales performances customer satisfaction via assessment tools sales reports to provide continuous valuable services to customers, adjust sales strategies tactics to meet company KPIs.
6. Planning on yearly by account trade spend budget, ensure good ROI close monitoring to ensure effective use of trade spend budget achieve company KPI.
7. Stay updated on the companys new products, projects, equipment, industry knowledge, undergo knowledge operational assessments.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with proven track record of increased sales/revenue within the restaurant equipment’s industry.Possesses relationships with distributors, dealers, key accounts within the FnB industry.
2. Strong analytical skills, Self-initiative, passionate able to work under pressure.
3. Excellent communications, presentation negotiation skills. Strong relationship maintenance interpersonal skills.
4. Priexperience in B2B sales to large customers in other industries such as sales to large customers in the B2B sales industry the internet industry is preferred.
5. Fluent in Mandarin & English.
