Job description
Core Responsibilities
• Provide daily IT helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, system-related issues with timely resolution.
• Handle installation, configuration, maintenance of PCs, networking equipment, video conferencing systems, Microsoft 365 tools.
• Assist in IT projects (office relocation, system upgrades, migration) participate in internal IT audits.
• Maintain hardware inventory, track equipment rentals, perform day-to-day monitoring/administration of IT systems.
• Adhere to SFC IT regulatory requirements (e.g., data security, access controls, audit compliance) in all support activities.
Requirements
• Higher Diploma above in Computer Science, IT, related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant IT helpdesk/internal support experience, preferably in a licensed financial services/brokerage firm.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, desktop administration, Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of network/server infrastructure IT compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of SFC IT regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, system security standards).
• Fluent in English Chinese, with clear communication skills ftechnical non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, able to work independently.
