Java Developer - Key Requirements:
Solid understanding of Java: Over 3 years of JAVA development experience, with a good understanding of IO, threads, collections, other basic frameworks.
Business Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the business logic of scan-to-order e-commerce systems, with experience in core business modules such asders, payments, products, inventory, a deep understanding of these areas.
Framework Proficiency: Proficient in developing with Spring, Spring Boot, components within the Spring ecosystem.
Microservices & Distributed Systems: Knowledgeable about mainstream Java microservices architectures (Spring Cloud/Dubbo) principles of distributed system design.
Design & Coding Practices: Familiar with common design patterns, possesses good object-oriented analysis, design, development capabilities thinking, as well as good coding habits.
Data Structures & Algorithms: Familiar with common data structures algorithms.
Backend Components: Familiar with mainstream backend open-source components (RDBMS/REDIS/NOSQL/MQ/JOB, etc.), with in-depth knowledge of at least one more, experience in optimization troubleshooting.
Linux & Scripting: Knowledgeable about Linux systems, scripting languages, familiar with common commlines.
