This position will be responsible to coordinate a group of technicians, receiving demands from theganization carry out tasks together with your team.
本职位负责协调技术团队，接收部门需求并带领团队执行任务。
He will make the job planning together with the planner, calculating Resources & Material prioritize the more important issues.
需与计划员共同制定工作计划，统筹资源与物料，并优先处理关键问题。
He also will work with maintenance KPI’s, MTTR, MTBF, MWT, Machine Availability, Preventive Maintenance, etc.
同时需管理维护关键指标（如：MTTR/MTBF/MWT/设备可用率/预防性维护等）。
He will respond to the group Manager must have good communications Skills.
需向部门经理汇报，且具备优秀的沟通能力。
