Summary 职位简介：
System Delivery Lead with responsibility fdriving coordinating the system engineering delivery process according to agreed scope applicable rules. This includes: kickoff, engineering, design freeze, installation, test & commissioning, quay test sea trial etc.
系统交付工程师将根据合同供货范围和相关规范，负责领导和协调整个项目的系统交付过程，包括：启动、工程设计、设计冻结、安装、测试和调试、码头测试和海上试验等等。
Responsibility 职位要求：
1.Responsible toganize various technical/interface meetings, identify risks follow up actions.
负责召集技术/接口会议，发现风险项，并跟踪任务清单。
2.Complying system design philosophies, defining the system architecture including AC/DC Switchgear, Drives, Control Systems, Energy Storage, Motor, Transformer UPS etc.
撰写系统设计说明书。定义系统架构，包括交/直流配电柜、变频器、控制系统、储能，电机，变压器和UPS等设备。
3.Ensure alignment between client requirements system design. Change management to be implemented internally externally communicated to project manager fany commercial discussions
确保客户需求和系统设计之间的一致性。实施内外部的修改需求，并与项目经理沟通关于商务的变更。
4.Interpret customer requirements baselined specifications, including acceptance criteria.
解释客户需求并创建基准规范，包括验收标准
5.Coordinate with product delivery teams to validate system architecture design.
与产品和交付团队协调，以验证系统架构和设计
6.Confirm design through electrical analyses.
通过电气系统计算分析确认设计
7.Resolve system-level technical issues ensure compliance with industry standards regulations.

8.Support planning execution of system commissioning.

9.relevant documentation to as-built

10.To support local sales in regards to the tendering activity when needed.

Competence 岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree above. 本科及以上学历。
2.Marine Electrical Engineering, Electrical engineering in products such as Drives, Switchboards, Power Systems.
船舶电气工程，或变频器、配电盘、电力系统等产品的电气工程专业。
3.At least 7 years of marine working experience as system integrator, with 3 years in driving role.
至少 7 年的船舶电气总包供应商行业工作经验, 及至少3年的领导职位。
4.Sophisticated in system design, interfaces. Very familiar of marine electrical system function operation, incl. AC/DC Switchgear, Drives, Control Systems, Energy Storage, Motor, Transformer UPS etc..
熟悉船舶电气系统设计，接口。熟知船舶电气系统及各设备功能和运行，包括交/直流开关柜、变频器、控制系统、储能，电机，变压器和UPS等设备。
5.Commissioning experience is preferred.
有调试经验者优先
6.Very Fluent communication, bothal written in English.
非常流利的英语口头和书面沟通。
7.Practicallyiented with the ability to cooperate with colleagues, solve problems deliver.
