Summary：
This role will be a key driver of safe, high-quality, efficient manufacturing operations of the Nantong factory. Core mission is to develop, optimize, maintain assembly test processes fP&H product lines—ensuring alignment with strict quality standards, safety regulations, productivity goals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Development continuous improvement of assembly test process (incl. methods, layout, equipment) fpropulsion equipment to meet quality, safety efficiency requirements
2. Procurement of new tools equipment; technical specifications statement of works, installation supervision site acceptance tests
3. Creation maintenance of documentation, including technical work instructions, control plans production procedures
4. Assurance of product quality, conformity compliance with defined methods, procedures, instructions
5. Maintain quality system, report deviations, define oversee corrective preventive actions
6. Work in close cooperation with other Kongsberg factories to ensure efficient safe assembly process
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in technology engineering-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering/ Marine Engineering/ Production Engineering); Master’s degree preferred
2. 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, improving manufacturing processes (machining assembly & testing background is a plus)
3. Demonstrated experience in creating documentations
4. Maritime industry background is preferred
5. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), product conformity requirements fmanufacturing.
6. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)
7. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX) PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter) is an advantage
8. Good learning agility, willingness to learn explore new manufacturing methods
9. Excellent collaboration communication skills, ability to work effectively with cross-region, cross-function teams
10. Self-driven, ability to work independently take initiative
11. Good commof English Chinese, both written spoken
