Role: Bahasa Indonesia IT Service Desk
Main Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support to end users
· Handle telephone calls, e-mail Chat.
· Verify log every call by following predefined policy procedure
· Diagnosing problems determining the severity
· Referring problems to support groups
· Updating the user on the call status, confirming with the user that problem is fixed
· Ad hoc project administration support
Required Technical Professional Expertise
· Excellent commof Bahasa Indonesia mandarin.
· Good English Skill. Good commofal written English.
· Excellent communication, telephone manner, technical skill interpersonal skills
· Self initiative, pro-active, hardworking, good attitude team player
· Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure, overtime crisis situation, at odd hours
· On-shift duty is required
· Can accept flexible working hours
· Call Centre & customer service experience is a definite advantage
