岗位职责 / Responsibilities
负责企业级 iOS 设备管理（MDM）平台的整体技术方案设计与核心架构演进 Lead the overall technical architecture evolution of enterprise-grade iOS MDM platform
深入理解并主导 Apple MDM 协议体系的实现与优化（Enrollment、Command、Profile、APNs链路） Own optimize the implementation of Apple MDM protocol (enrollment, commflow, profile delivery, APNs pipeline)
负责 DEP（ADE）、VPP 与 Apple Business Manager 的整体集成方案设计与落地 Architect implement DEP (ADE), VPP, Apple Business Manager integration
构建大规模设备管理能力（设备接入、生命周期管理、策略控制、状态监控） Build scalable device management capabilities including onboarding, lifecycle, policy enforcement, monitoring
主导 MDM 服务端架构设计（高并发指令调度、设备状态建模、安全通信体系） Lead backend architecture including high-concurrency commscheduling, device state modeling, secure communication
设计企业级安全与合规体系（设备限制、数据保护、审计能力） Design enterprise-grade security compliance mechanisms
推动复杂问题解决（协议兼容、系统稳定性、性能瓶颈等） Drive resolution of complex technical challenges (protocol edge cases, stability, performance)
任职要求 / Requirements
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业 Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science related field
5 年以上 iOS 或相关系统开发经验，有复杂系统设计经验 5+ years of experience in iOS system-level development with strong architecture experience
具备完整 iOS MDM 项目落地经验（从设备接入到策略控制） Proven experience delivering end-to-end iOS MDM solutions
深入理解 Apple MDM 协议及 APNs 推送机制（包含底层交互流程） Deep understanding of Apple MDM protocol APNs (including low-level workflows)
在实际项目中使用过 DEP（ADE）、VPP，并熟悉其完整流程 Hands-on experience with DEP (ADE) VPP in production environments
熟悉 Apple Business Manager 的设备管理与分发体系 Strong familiarity with Apple Business Manager workflows
熟悉 Configuration Profile（.mobileconfig）及设备策略体系设计 Experience designing configuration profiles device policy systems
具备服务端架构设计与开发经验（高并发 / 分布式优先） Experience in backend architecture design (high concurrency / distributed systems preferred)
熟悉 HTTPS / TLS、证书体系及设备身份认证机制 Strong understanding of HTTPS/TLS, certificate systems, device authentication
加分项 / Preferred Qualifications
有 1 万台以上设备管理经验或平台化经验 Experience managing large-scale device fleets (10k+)
熟悉 Android Enterprise / UEM / EMM 体系 Experience with Android Enterprise / UEM / EMM
有企业安全、数据合规或风控相关经验 Experience in enterprise security, compliance, risk control
有从 0 到 1 构建 MDM 平台经验 Experience building MDM platform from scratch
