职责描述 Responsibilities
参与金融核心系统的后端开发工作,支持高并发、高可用服务的设计与实现;
编写高质量、易维护、具备良好性能的后端代码;
根据产品需求设计合理的服务拆分与 API 接口,推动业务功能快速上线;
参与系统性能分析与优化,包括线程模型、数据库访问、缓存机制、限流熔断等;
与前端、产品、测试等团队成员紧密合作,确保端到端交付质量;
参与代码评审、技术文档撰写,协助提升团队技术标准;
关注行业发展趋势,积极探索新技术在业务场景下的落地应用。
Participate in backend development fcore financial systems, focusing on the design implementation of high-concurrency, high-availability services;
Write clean, maintainable, performant backend code;
Design implement service APIs system modules based on product requirements;
Conduct performance tuning around threading models, database access, caching, rate limiting, fault tolerance;
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, QA to ensure end-to-end delivery quality;
Take part in code reviews, technical documentation, contribute to engineering excellence;
Stay up to date with industry trends explore the application of new technologies in real business scenarios.
任职资格 Qualifications
本科及以上学历,计算机、电子工程或相关技术专业;
具备扎实的 Java 编程能力,熟悉 Java 8 及以上版本,优先考虑了解 Java 17 或 21 特性的候选人;
熟练掌握主流后端开发框架,如 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Hibernate/MyBatis、Git 等;
有高并发系统的设计与开发实战经验,理解线程模型、异步编程、限流与熔断机制等核心技术;
熟悉微服务架构设计理念,具备服务拆分、注册、配置管理、API 网关等落地经验;
具备丰富的云平台使用经验,如 AWS、Azure 或 Google Cloud Platform 中至少一种;
熟练使用 Redis、MySQL,以及常见消息队列(如 Kafka、RabbitMQ 等);
加分项:了解 Java 21 虚拟线程、结构化并发、GraalVM Native Image 或响应式编程框架。
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical discipline;
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 above required; familiarity with Java 17 21 is a plus);
Solid experience with mainstream backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/MyBatis, Git;
Hands-on experience building high-concurrency systems with a solid understanding of threading, asynchronous programming, rate limiting, circuit breaking;
Familiarity with microservices architecture, including service splitting, registration, configuration management, API gateway practices;
Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform;
Proficiency with Redis, MySQL, messaging systems like Kafka RabbitMQ;
Bonus points fexperience with virtual threads (Java 21), structured concurrency, GraalVM Native Image, reactive programming frameworks.
