Responsibilities
● Core backend development in Python fmicroservices handling engineering drawing analysis (PDF,
DXF, image processing).
● Building maintaining integrations with OCR (TencentOCR) large vision-language models
(OpenAI, Gemini) fextracting specifications measurement data from technical drawings.
● Working with Airflow pipelines, RabbitMQ queues, S3-compatible storage fdistributed processing
of large document batches.
● Designing optimizing data structures queries in PostgreSQL.
● Active participation in product technical discussions.
Successful candidate
● Solid experience in Python (3.10+), with a strong engineering background proven track record in
backend ML-related projects.
● Hands-on expertise with FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Airflow, RabbitMQ, SQL (relational databases e.g.
PostgreSQL, MYSQL.acle…).
● Strong knowledge of the modern Python ecosystem: async processing, structlog/logging, dependency
management (uv/pip/poetry), testing frameworks (pytest).
● Experience with OCR, computer vision, LLM/VLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) is a strong plus.
● Familiarity with libraries used in our stack: NumPy, SciPy, OpenCV, Pillow, Matplotlib, pdfplumber, ezdxf,
reportlab.
● Good understanding of system design, data processing pipelines, distributed architectures.
Comfortable working in Linux environments with Git-based workflows.
