主要工作职能：
MajResponsibilities:
1. 负责公司相关产品与业务支撑系统的开发，参与核心系统架构的设计与实现；
Develop company-related products support systems, participate in the design implementation of core system architecture.
2. 沟通分析业务需求，程序架构设计，API设计，模块设计；
Communicate analyze business requirements, design program architecture, APIs, modules.
3. 代码编程实现，保证交付质量；
Implement programming tasks ensure high-quality deliverables.
4. 负责产品研发过程中的规范制订和相应技术文档的撰写工作；
Establish standards write technical documentation during the product development process.
深入思考研发过程中的问题，提升团队的工作效率与改进研发质量，为服务的稳定可靠提供保障。
Address challenges in the development process, improve team efficiency, enhance development quality, ensure service stability reliability.
任职要求：
Requirements:
1. 基础扎实，具备快速学习和适应能力，有完备的计算机领域知识体系，对JVM等原理有一定的了解；
Solid foundation in computer science, quick learning ability, adaptability; knowledge of core principles such as JVM.
2. 精通Java并有较全的知识面，熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架/库，并具有相关开发经验；
Proficient in Java with a broad knowledge base, familiar with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, with relevant development experience.
3. 熟悉缓存、消息等相关技术，如Redis、MQ等；
Knowledge of caching messaging technologies such as Redis MQ.
4. 丰富的数据库设计、使用、调优经验，熟悉MySQL等主流数据库；
Extensive experience in database design, usage, optimization; familiar with mainstream databases like MySQL.
5. 3年及以上使用一门语言开发的经验，对于使用过的开源框架，能了解到它的原理和机制；例如对Spring、MyBatis 、Redis等开源框架熟悉，深厚的软件性能优化能力；
Over three years of development experience with a single programming language, with a deep understanding of the principles mechanisms behind open-source frameworks like Spring, MyBatis, Redis; strong software performance optimization skills.
6. 熟悉高并发、高负载、高可用性系统的设计、开发及调优；
Familiarity with the design, development, optimization of high-concurrency, high-load, high-availability systems.
7. 熟悉Linux系统，熟悉Jenkins、Docker等持续集成和自动化构建；
Knowledge of Linux systems, experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Docker.
8. 良好的英语读写能力。
Strong English reading writing skills.
9. 对技术保持兴趣和动力，并持续学习和精进；
Passion ftechnology with a commitment to continuous learning improvement.
10. 日常工作中能流畅的沟通协作；
Effective communication collaboration skills.
