职责描述：Support client meeting1. If needed, join client meeting to further discuss with sponsor from operational strategy perspective.2. In case of inbound opportunity, when received China related questions, lead the review meeting with relevant stakeholders, prepare and communicate the answers.Together with BD and CDR, drive win-strategyDrive feasibility assessment and outcome generationSupport budget review1. After information sharing from BD regarding client’s needs, client’s expectations, competitors, scope of proposal and budget, together with MA/RA and PM drive clinical strategy at strategy call.2. Together with MA and PM, generate feasibility questionnaire. Generate operational strategy. 3. Review draft assumption, review draft final.Together with BD co-lead BDM preparation and performance1. Co-lead with BD for the BDM preparation and engage relevant stakeholder for the input.2. Responsible for feasibility outcome and country/site proposal to the meeting material and present at BDM.3. Participate BDM rehearsal and review with function heads.Support post-award communication to CDR team members1. Support BD for communication with CDR team if needed.任职要求：Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or medical related filedPM role or relevant work experience in clinical operations or project management is preferredSkills and Competencies:Familiar with activity processes throughout a clinical trial with good knowledge in ICH-GCP and local regulations. Excellent customer management and problem resolving skills To be proactive, flexible, organized, and aim to mitigate risk, understanding plans and outcomes fluctuate, and be highly communicative during the entire processGood in maintaining good working relationships with sponsors and project team members.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent communication of speaking and writing in English is preferred.
