Design optimize production processes fpressure vessels (including filter element integrated type), compile process cards, work instructions other documents;
Lead process verification improvement fmass production of new products, solve process technical problems during trial mass production;
Participate in selection, commissioning process adaptation of production equipment, optimize operating parameters to ensure stable production;
Supervise the implementation of process discipline, conduct process training operation guidance ffront-line personnel;
Track industry standards (GB, ASME, etc.) technical trends to promote process upgrading;
Cooperate with the quality department to formulate process rectification measures fnon-conforming products improve product qualification rate;
Participate in process review of raw materials components put forward optimization suggestions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree above in Mechanical Design, Material Forming, Process Equipment related majors;
Over 3 years of experience in production process of pressure vessel industry, familiar with core processes such as welding, stamping machining;
Proficient in GB150 other standards as well as quality management system; knowledge of ASME standards is preferred;
Skilled in CAD Office software, capable of independently compiling process documents;
English as a working language, fluent in both Chinese English;
Holding welding engineer certificate pressure vessel-related certificates is preferred; based in Wuxi, able to adapt to on-site factory work.
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: 250,000-300,000 RMB (13-month salary), six social insurances one housing fund, two-day weekend, paid training, seniority subsidy, holiday benefits.
