We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Transfer Agency operations, with a strong understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer), FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), CRS (Common Reporting Standard) regulations.
Job specification
- Execute day-to-day Transfer Agency operations efficiently accurately.
- Ensure queries requests from Investor/ Client are dealt with a timely professional manner
- Review of dealing documents (Subscription, Redemption, Transfer Switching), Proceed Trade processing Static Data maintenance, ensuring all records are processed timely accurately on TA systems
- Handle investonboarding ongoing KYC due diligence processes.
- Ensure compliance with FATCA CRS regulations in all client transactions.
- Collaborate with internal external stakeholders to resolve inquiries discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvements operational efficiencies within the Transfer Agency function.
- Maintain accurate records documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency operations.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, FATCA, CRS regulations.
- Proficiency in using Transfer Agency systems software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
