POSITION AIM 岗位目标: This position is responsible fthe nationwide management of breeder transportation, including truck disinfection, transportation planning, coordination of the transportation team in accordance with sales plans. It ensures that all transport trucks complete the required disinfection TADD processes to guarantee biosecurity health safety during transportation. This role also balances transportation costs quality, ensuring high-quality execution of transport operations to provide superiservice to farms customers.
该岗位负责全国范围内的种猪运输管理工作，根据销售计划负责车辆洗消管理、运输规划、运输团队的工作协调。确保所有运输车辆完成相应的洗消烘等流程，保证运输的生物安全及健康安全。实现运输成本和运输质量的平衡，确保运输的高质量完成，为农场和客户提供优质服务。
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE 任职资格与经验要求:
· Bachelors degree above
本科及以上学历
· More than 3 years of relevant work experience in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, biosafety, logistics transportation
3年以上畜牧、兽医、生物安全或物流运输相关工作经验
· Excellent communication teamwork ability
优秀的团队合作意识及沟通能力
· Possesses strong learning abilities is proficient in operating MS Office software
有较强的学习能力，熟练操作MS Office办公软件

RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:
· Responsible fcommunicating with the customer service team to develop transportation schedules.
负责与客户服务团队沟通制定运输计划
· Responsible fintroducing transportation services to customers, communicating developing reasonable transportation plans.
负责为客户介绍种猪运输服务，沟通并制定合理的运输方案
· Responsible ftransportation management cost control
负责运输的管理及成本控制
· Responsible fauditing supervising the work of the decontamination center to ensure high-quality completion of truck disinfection TADD operations
负责对洗消中心的工作进行审计及监督，确保高质量完成车辆的洗消烘等操作
· Responsible forganizing coordinating pig transportation projects, escorting trucks, monitoring transportation, handling emergencies, risk mitigation
负责种猪运输项目的组织协调、押车、运输监控、突发事件处理及风险解除
· Provide support assistance to the work of farm service teams
为各农场服务团队的工作提供支持和帮助
· Responsible fmanaging monitoring transportation trucks, transportation specialists, drivers to ensure safe healthy transportation
负责运输车辆、运输专员和司机的管理和监控确保运输安全平稳进行
· Responsible fproduction safety personnel health safety in the transportation team.
