工作概要Job Summary:
The EBS Lead will support the rapid growth of the Spark Digitalthodontic business unit of Envista. The EBS Lead is responsible fpromoting facilitating the successful implementation of the Envista Business System at Digital Design Center.

职责Responsibilities:
Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost Innovation) results that are tied to Policy Deployment (PD) Daily Management (DM) by leveraging EBS tools, consulting skills, EBS culture. (i.e., how to use the EBS to support OPS head achieving excellence operation).

Lead the EBS development roadmap related EBS tool introduction in DDC, improve the EBS maturity
主导设计中心EBS 发展路线图以及EBS 工具的导入进程,提升EBS 成熟度
Directly provide formal informal EBS training coaching(including but not limited to those related to EBS)主导部门内部的培训体系建设,并提供正式和非正式的EBS培训和辅导(包括但不仅限于EBS 相关)
Lead the daily management structure setup, attend the DM meeting regularly provide coaching accordingly.

Ensure successful kaizen events by installing ensuring compliance to the kaizen process (includes (1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution (3) sustainment of kaizens).

Lead the improvement system of the Design Center, including suggestion programs, improvement projects, large‑scale Kaizen activities. By managing a dynamic improvement funnel, demonstrate strong capability across all stages—from opportunity identification project execution to stabilization results evaluation.

Lead the Design Center’s periodic improvement workshops, enabling teams to identify potential waste across the value stream facilitating the formulation execution of corresponding improvement actions.

Responsible fdriving the EBS CP structure in the Design Center, developing internal experts in EBS tools, thereby enhancing EBS mindset capability.

Responsible fcapacity analysis planning, the HC working hours plan accordingly

Requirements 要求:
2-3 years of Operations Engineering experience 2至3年运营或工程经验
2-3 years IE/Lean experience 2–3 年 IE/精益改善经验
Improving experience in indirect area 在非制造/间接部门有改进经验
Excellent data analysis skills优秀的数据分析能力
BS BA Degree in Business Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred
工科或工商管理本科;硕士优先
Ability to design, develop, implement a EBS roadmap fan DDC business

Mastery of a variety of EBS tools (either Lean Growth-related EBS Tools, depending on areas(s) they support).
