Position Overview
The Quality Engineer (Textile) is responsible fensuring that all textile products meet internal external quality standards throughout the production process. This role will focus on fabric garment quality assurance, process improvement, supplier quality management to support continuous improvement customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
61 Develop implement quality control plans inspection standards ftextile products.
61 Conduct in-line final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications customer requirements.
61 Work closely with suppliers, factories, internal teams to resolve quality issues implement corrective/preventive actions.
61 Review test reports ensure that all materials products comply with relevant regulations standards (e.g., colorfastness, shrinkage, physical performance).
61 Monitproduction processes to identify opportunities fprocess improvement waste reduction.
61 Support new product development (NPD) by providing technical input on quality requirements testing methods.
61 Maintain analyze quality data, prepare reports, communicate findings to management cross-functional teams.
61 Conduct supplier audits provide training to enhance supplier quality awareness.
61 Assist in continuous improvement projects standard operating procedure (SOP) development.
Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, a related field.
61 Minimum 3 years of experience in textile garment quality assurance/engineering.
61 Strong understanding of fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, garment production processes.
61 Familiarity with international textile testing standards (e.g., AATCC, ISO, ASTM).
61 Good communication problem-solving skills.
61 Ability to work independently collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with quality systems reporting tools is an advantage.
61 Good commof English, both written spoken.
