We develop maintain 10+ domains from Pre purchase domain, Purchase to Post purchase domain to provide E2E service fcustomers. We leverage AI, distribute systems to build mission-critical highly scalable services to support business to be Top eCommerce platform in oversea market.
Architect, design build scalable systems that will have a direct impact on customer acquisition, experience, conversion retention
Develop close relationships with Product tech team in China Korea
Establish execute short long-term architectural roadmaps fthe business
Drive continuous improvement to the efficiency flexibility of the platform services while keeping high bar fcustomer trust, performance availability
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor/Master in Computer Science Engineering, equivalent fields
10+ years of industry experience of increasing responsibility leading a group of engineers, 5+ years of experience in software development in large distributed systems, web services Java capability
Experience in designing implementing high-concurrency, high-availability, high-scalability systems;
Familiar with distributed system architecture, microservice architecture design, message queue, cache, database etc core backend knowledge
Growth mindset, company-wide perspective. Focus on business problem solving, data-driven
Strong competency in delivering results in an environment of rapidly changing requirements with appropriate trade-offs
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, dive deep
Experience working closely with global distributed teams
