Job Summary:
Provides engineering support to customers, customer/field support on systems product issues. Works with customer internal team to define technical problem, determine the solution assist customer in implementing the fix. Provides technical feedback to internal team on product changes/enhancements.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
1. Promote companies’ analog & digital & mixed signal IC products (check website of www.lumissil.com). Identify & develop new business opportunities.
2. Accomplish D-IN, D-WIN, application new product introduction with customers.
3. Develop reference designs provide support to resolve technical issues fcustomers; including product promotion, design debug, as well as quality issue support.
4. Provide technical training companies’ IC product presentation to customer.
5. Following up tracking samples & new product D-INs fsales team.
6. Provide New products proposal, product changes/enhancements to internal team.
7. Additional duties as requested.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) related field.
2. 3-years working experience in digital/analog circuit application & PCBA Layout.
3. Familiar with analog application on Linear, DC/DC, BUCK, BOOST; familiar with MCU applications in software hardware.
4. Familiarity with CAN/LIN, MPU/SoC application is better.
5. Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening) in Mandarin English.
