1. Participate in NPI development process contribute quality -related insights, review evaluate customer quality requirements, make sure all quality requirements are achievable.
2. Lead the resolution of quality issues during the NPI phase, encompassing components, processes, finished goods, such as FAI functional problems.
3. Cooperate with related department to prepare quality analysis report based on data fact.
4. Response to customer quality feedback, analysis feedback of customer complaints.
1. Bachelor’s degree above, majin Mechanic Electronic equivalent, at least 5 years working experience in quality control, 3C industry is plus.
2. Be familiar with ISO 9000 quality control procedure, IATF 16949 is prefer.
3. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC quality control tools.
4. Work effectively with 8D, A3, PDCA, knowing Red-x 6 sigma is plus.
5. Demonstrated QC experience in high-volume production environment, superidata analysis skills utilizing software, such as Minitab, Excel formula.
6. Good commof computer, can read understthe print its requirements. Fluent in English communication (both written &al).
