岗位位职责 | Job Responsibilities
1、国际市场采购与订单管理
负责从德国总部及欧洲供应商采购 UNITEK 控制器与 EMRAX 电机，全程跟进询盘、报价、合同签署、生产进度、出货安排及交付验收。
Manage procurement of UNITEK controllers EMRAX motors from German headquarters European suppliers, overseeing inquiries, quotations, contracts, production schedules, shipment arrangements, delivery acceptance.
2、跨境沟通与商务协作
与海外供应商保持高效沟通，确保订单按时交付；协调处理出口单据、运输方式选择、保险及清关手续。
Maintain efficient communication with overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate export documentation, shipping method selection, insurance, customs clearance.
3、物流与供应链协调
协调国内货代、报关行、仓储团队，确保进口货物顺利通关、及时入库，并反馈库存信息给销售团队。
Coordinate with domestic freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse teams to ensure smooth import clearance, timely storage, inventory updates to the sales team.
4、市场与行业支持
收集行业动态、价格趋势及竞品信息，为采购和销售策略提供数据支持。
Collect industry trends, pricing movements, competitinformation to support purchasing sales strategies.
5、内部跨部门协作
联动销售、财务、法务等部门，确保采购合同、付款、发票等流程符合公司规范与国际贸易法规。
Collaborate with sales, finance, legal departments to ensure procurement contracts, payments, invoicing comply with company policies international trade regulations.
任职要求 | Qualifications
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、国际商务、供应链管理等相关专业背景优先。
Bachelor’s degree above, preferably in International Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management.
2、2年以上国际贸易或外贸业务经验，有工业品类（特别是电机、自动化设备）采购或销售经验者优先。
At least 2 years of experience in international trade import-export business; experience in industrial products (especially motors automation equipment) is a plus.
3、较强的英语书面与口语沟通能力，能独立阅读英文技术资料、起草商务邮件并进行跨国电话会议。
Excellent written verbal English skills; able to read technical documents, draft business emails, conduct cross-border conference calls independently.
4、熟悉国际贸易流程，包括 Incoterms、信用证操作、海运/空运安排、报关报检等。
Familiar with international trade processes including Incoterms, L/C operations, sea/air freight arrangements, customs declaration.
5、具备较强的组织协调能力、细节把控能力和跨部门沟通技巧，能在多任务环境中保持高效。
Strongganizational, detail-oriented, cross-functional communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6、能接受偶尔因业务需要出差（国内外均可）。
Willing to travel occasionally fbusiness purposes (domestic overseas).
