JOB SUMMARY：
This position is fsourcing managing the electric materials, mainly fconverter, compressor, wire harness, fans, PCBA.
RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Implement programs fsupplier development selection, supplier performance management supply base optimization per the sourcing strategy the products requirements.
2. Source develop capable supplier with competitive cost high quality. Coordinate with R&D QA department on the selection qualification of new supplier new materials per sourcing procedure.
3. Executing the negotiation fprice, T&C purchase contract with supplier fthe long term partnership
4. Investigate drive cost reduction activities to meet the company cost reduction target.
5. As Member of the Project Team, Leads Sourcing Process until completion of PQA steps Project closure.
6. In time finish RFQ on a daily basis, manage the new part price approved process contract maintenance, ensure a smooth timely manufacturing ramp fthe new projects.
7. Support supplier on time delivery after SOP.
QUALIFICATIONS：
1. Bacheldegree above ， candidate with Electric background is preferred.
2. >8 years of working experiences, >5 years fsourcing experiences in a global company, preferably in the commercial vehicles industry.
3. Fluent English inal writing.
4. Ability to understthe technical drawing
5. Strong cross function/country communication skill.
6. Ability to manage the projects have strong project planning/management skills.
