Main tasks responsibilities:
- Strategic Transformation Leadership: Lead execute strategic transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma other improvement methodologies
- Methodology & Standards Development: Define evolve Sulzer-relevant excellence methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen
- Performance Management: Establish drive performance dialogues with rigrhythm, focusing on continuous improvement people development
- Process Intelligence & Automation: Identify deploy opportunities fautomation digitalization to improve process velocity reduce costs
- Training & Capability Building: Develop deliver training programs to build internal capabilities, including Green Belts Black Belts
- Change Management: Lead change efforts across divisions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals fostering a culture of excellence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with divisional presidents, deployment leaders, analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of excellence initiatives
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, related field; Executive education inganizational performance is a plus
2.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Master Black Belt (preferred)
3.Minimum 10 years in operational excellence, transformation leadership, consulting roles across industrial sectors
4.Dee expertise in Lean Six-Sigma, root cause analyses, problem-solving, value stream mapping, change management
5.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams influence senistakeholders
6.Strong verbal written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical non-technical audiences
