Responsible fproject Mechanical development:
Design, analyze evaluate systems, products components, requiring a high degree of technical expertise.
Design develop mechanical structures to fulfil the defined technical requirement specification, including material selection, structure design, strength calculations tooling follow up with suppliers
Communicate with suppliers fthe DFM analysis with cross functional teams fthe interface alignment, e.g. layout restriction with Hardware
Support the production customer field issue fix
Act as a virtually leader when needed finvestigating problems, developing solutions preparing related recommendations reports
Lead the Mechanical related requirement discussion clarifications with product management cross-functional teams
Support the successful launch of new products their transition serial production.
Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals such as production process improvement, cost reduction, problem-solving.
Follow implement other tasks assigned by line manager.

Required Education & Working Experience教育背景及工作经验:
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering a related field.
Experience in architecting, designing implementing mechanical from concept to production fmin. 3 years
Experience in designing mechanical to fulfil different global standards, e.g. CE, UL, etc.
Experience a strong understanding of plastic casting design tooling
Experience in defining & using mechanical development tools like Creo, SolidWorks equivalent
Experience in following different project development process, such as Waterfall Agile
Experience in the automation/instrumentation industry with knowledge of relevant standards is preferred
Clear English-language writing speaking fdesign work team interactions
Comprehensive technical knowledge of relevant technologies fpumps industrial instrumentation.
