7) 每月提供所有产品实际成本 Provide all actual unit costs monthly
8) 收集相关信息对新项目的C-BOM及对报价提供支持 Collect relevant data provide support on C-BOM RFQ fnew programs
9) 负责提供月度基于标准成本和预算成本的采购报表并对主要差异事项做出分析解释 Provide PI report monthly analytical explanations on the main variation between actual with standard budget
10) 按期编制ERP中的标准PP2和预算PP2，对重大物料做出滚动分析解释 Prepare PP2 periodically on ERP fstandard budget between monthly actual with standard budget, make rolling analysis comments fkey materials
11) 负责在ERP中设立标准、预算成本 Responsible fcreating standard budget material cost on ERP
12) 对主要产品按主要项目对成本变化做出月度分析解释 Analyse make comments fkey products by key programs.
13) 督促物流部日常循环盘点，代表财务部参与年度存货盘点并分析差异 Monitor/push PC&L finventory daily cycle counting, participate inventory physical by year end on behalf on Finance department
14) 负责月末存货重估、结帐 Take responsibilities of inventory revaluation plant closing monthly
15) 编制存货呆帐准备表 Prepare inventory depreciation slow moving report
16) 督促质量部门分析质量损失，追索供应商确认质量赔款 Push QC to analyze quality issue P&L impact, remind to confirm compensation form suppliers
