The Program Controller is responsible of financial aspects fone several programs. He ensures the data reliability in line with process finance program golden rules, the optimization of the programs profitability cash. The main missions of the role are to :

1.Ensure program controlling procedures Golden Rules compliance.

1.1Ensure program controlling procedure mandatory implementation.

1.2Alert line manager & functionnal manager in case of discrepancies.

1.3Check material rates & exchange rate alignment with Budget.

1.4Check Plant PMT/Bugdet P&L alignment with Program BP P&L.

1.5Check ECR/ECO cost incorporation in product/upfront cost.

1.6Check Inflation (Labor, others…) hypothesis compliance vs PMT….

2.Secure business plan customer (offer & LOI) /supplier contractual offer consistency.

2.1Secure BP consistency with payment terms/amount fTooling, D&D,Piece price, Raw mat update, Volume update, Exchange Rate….

2.2Secure LTA hypothesis in supplier customer contract.

2.3Secure Legal & Tax (VAT,….) applicable conditions ftoolings.

3.Support, under program manager authority, selected profitability improvement actions.

3.1Support fully the Program Manager in all financial impacts investigations to help driving the program profitability towards target.

3.2Provide Make Buy financial analysis.

3.3Participate in the sourcing committee.

3.4Provide ECR/ECO full cost view & propose financial driven potential selling price.

4.Highlight Program Cash status provide recommandation to the management.

4.1MonitProgram Cash Curve at any time & communicate it towards Core team.

4.2Propose action plan inder to achieve cash Target.

4.3Challenge Upfront level in term of cost as well as payment method :

5.Capex : Reuse ? Usage of available capacities ?

5.1Reduce payment terms fECR/ECO upfront cost (cash,short term PPA,….)

5.2Secure tooling & prototype invoicing in due time.

6.Provide secure R&D controlling inputs.

6.1Check hours booked by cost center & functions to the program on monthly basis.

6.2Check technical/work progress versus expenses.

6.3Check opened & closed Work Package.

6.4Participate to budget preparation (hours & expenses forecast / program).

6.5Built R&D line (coreteam) in P&L program Budget.

6.6Provide capitalization booking datas fthe related program.

7.Lead costing team activities secure business plan processes in time.

7.1Participate to BP schedule &ganize costing data flow upstream.

7.2Organize R&Opp financial backing (cost….)

7.3Provide program financial communication towards core team, management plants involved.

7.4BP & bridge the gap between release.

7.5Prepare Forecast/Budget/PMT inputs (PPA, costs, selling price, cash,…)

7.6Provide loss to completion inputs fthe related program.

7.7Provide monthly (at least quarterly) financial inputs fthe program dashboard.

8.Transfer gradually business plan cost datas source to plants from Gate 2

8.1Communicate & Share program standard cost view to plant.

8.2Validate/Follow up start up costs & convergence plan.

8.3Validate/Follow up plant budget fSOP year.

8.4Participate to program post audit at gate 4.



Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

1.Business School Engineering background with a Finance degree Masters Degree in Finance.

2.Minimum 5-8 years experience in an industrial environment including a controlling experience at plant level.

3.Ability to provide qualitative reliable information, to work on a project management basis.

4.Ability to manager & coach juniteam memebers.

5.Ability to manage uncertainty.

6.Demonstrated good communication skills autonomy.

7.Fluent in English.
